Platform status
The alerts Merula sends you about your domains arrive through the recipients you configure in the dashboard. This page is different — it is the record of incidents on Merula's own platform: outages, sweep delays, security incidents at our infrastructure, planned maintenance windows.
What we communicate here
- Sustained (≥ 30 minutes) inability to perform sweeps or deliver alerts.
- Dashboard unavailability or significant degradation.
- Confirmed or suspected security incidents affecting Merula's infrastructure or customer data.
- Material changes to sub-processors that affect data location or processing.
- Planned maintenance windows that may affect sweep cadence.
Routine deploys and brief glitches (under 30 minutes, no customer data impact) are not communicated here.
How to follow status
This page is the record. When something is affected, you'll find it here — bookmark it, and check it first if Merula isn't behaving as you expect.
You don't need to subscribe to anything. For an incident that runs long, or one affecting customer data, we email your account admins directly — so the things that matter most reach you without any action on your part.
Past incidents
No incidents to report. The archive will be populated as events occur. Each entry will carry the time of detection, the affected surface, the duration, the resolution, and a short post-mortem.
A dedicated status service — with the subscription channels (email, RSS, Slack, webhooks) you can manage yourself — is on the way. Until it lands, this page is the single source of truth. If a self-service feed would help your monitoring stack, tell us at status@merula.io.
